3. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed in your service agreement.

4. Installation and Warranty

We provide a 25-year warranty on solar panels and a 10-year warranty on inverters. Installation work is guaranteed for 5 years. Warranty terms are subject to proper maintenance and usage.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods including financing options. Late payments may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project. Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

EfiSolar's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
